SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

GCC Pharmacy Congress Terms & Conditions

Please review the sponsorship participation and cancellation conditions below.

Confirmation of Participation

Upon confirmation of the Sponsoring Company's participation, we will issue an official quotation specifying the agreed sponsorship package, applicable fees, and payment terms.

Cancellation Period

The Sponsoring Company may cancel its participation by providing written notice within thirty (30) working days from the date of issuance of the official quotation.

Financial Liability

Any cancellation made after the expiry of the thirty (30)-working-day period shall render the Sponsoring Company liable for the full quoted investment, which shall remain payable in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

Established Policy

This cancellation policy reflects the GCC Pharmacy Congress long-standing terms and conditions, which have been consistently maintained since the inception of the conference to ensure planning, resource allocation, and the successful organization of the event.
