Submission Guidelines

Please ensure your abstract follows the below criteria before submission.

Abstract Requirements

✓ Maximum 300 words
✓ Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion
✓ JPEG or PNG images only, maximum 10 MB
✓ Maximum 15 co-authors
✓ English language only
✓ Original, unpublished work only

Submission Conditions

✓ E-poster presentations only
✓ No oral presentations in 2026
✓ Presenting authors must register and pay
✓ Use the same profile for submission and registration
✓ Submitted abstracts cannot be changed or withdrawn
✓ Presenter discount code shared by email

Post-Submission

✓ Confirmation email sent after submission
✓ Check spam if no email is received
✓ Deadline: 25 September 2026
✓ Allow up to 48 hours for deadline-day confirmation
